Cody Brandt | Managing Broker

Professional Background:

Cody has worked in commercial real estate for over 10 years. Past work experience has been with the two largest Fortune 500 real estate companies CBRE and JLL in their Washington D.C., Dallas, and Tulsa offices. Cody worked as a researcher/economist starting his career and most recently was a top producing appraiser at both firms. Cody has worked on projects as small as single assets of $1 million to multi-state, multi-property portfolios over $1 billion in valuation. This included existing stabilized assets, value-add assets, and proposed assets. Cody’s experience has touched every asset type as well including multifamily, single family rental portfolios, single family build for rent, office, retail, raw land, and industrial.

Cody has personally consulted on numerous development projects regionally that have involved historic tax credits, new market tax credits, tax increment financing, and other economic incentives. I am also actively developing projects in the Tulsa region as personal investments.

Cody has also acted as a personal developer that include submittals for public request for proposals on key development sites and has also acquired and entitled vacant land for ground up construction projects of his own.

Education Background:

Bachelor in Landscape Architecture at Oklahoma State University

Master in Real Estate from Georgetown University.

Services: Pro Forma and financial analysis for acquisition of the site and preliminary site planning of the planned development.

Role: Developer Consultant

Services: Pro Forma and financial analysis, market research, and historic tax credit analysis for feasibility of each site to be converted to market rate multifamily units.
